We built this state-of-the-art facility to expand access to safety training for operators across many types of industries where worker safety must be a priority. Our goal is to keep your team safe and prepared every time they step foot in the workplace. We look forward to opening our doors in the Midwest soon.
“After customer feedback about the need for a truly hands-on training center, we wanted to fill that need in the community,” said Albert Middeke, owner and president of Arnco Safety. “We’re proud of the steps we’ve taken to make this a reality for our partners throughout the area.”
Creating the Ideal Environment for Classroom Safety Training
Good safety training and policy consulting combines both theory and hands-on learning. That’s the goal we’ve focused on the entire construction process for our new facility. Discussing the correct safety procedures and practically applying them in a classroom environment provides a foundation to build upon and makes any hands-on activity much more valuable.
With that in mind, our new classroom has a lot of space for training large and small groups alike. With a space measuring 30 feet by 30 feet, we can easily accommodate teams of all sizes.
Albert Middeke, Arnco Safety President, addresses the need for a Safety Training Center in the Midwest.
Our professionally-certified safety trainers will provide your group with an in-depth education on today’s best OSHA training practices and the policies that contribute to keeping everyone safe.
However, we haven’t stopped there!
Go Hands-On in Our New Rescue Training Center
Our massive new hands-on training facility supplements classroom learning with a space that will soon become an expansive rescue training simulator. In this area, we will equip your team with the real-world skills and experience necessary to execute emergency procedures on the job site when actual problems arise.
Rolly Walker, General Manager, introduces the classes and service offerings that will be available at the Training Center.
There’s no substitute for real experience; we plan to provide extensive training in this area. Classes available for hands-on training will include:
- Grain bin rescue
- Safe operations of forklift and pallet jack equipment
- Aerial work platform (AWP) and mobile elevating work platform (MEWP) safety
- Fall protection
- Confined space safety and operations
- Lockout/tag-out procedures
- First aid procedures, including CPR and the operation of AED devices
- General OSHA compliance
Over time, we expect our roster of available training courses to expand even further to best serve the safety of your workplace. Our goal remains to provide the most comprehensive solution for safety training in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
